And thats probably spelt wrong! Well it was an event for me rather than a race from Brecon to Methyr Tydfil on the old roman road. They don't have hills over the border, they have mountains! And stones and water and loads of sheep. Also quite a bit of road running on this event with some fantastic views, lots of friendly and encouraging marshalls, cold showers but hot coffee at the end. All in all, it was 16 miles of fun - probably do it again next year!! Might not meet the sheep.
